The gallery shows exhibitions of classic Swiss art (incl. Gruppe Rot-Blau and Gruppe 33) as well as abstract expressionism, informal art and contemporary art from Switzerland, Germany and Italy. The gallery’s focus lies on painting, alongside we represent a variety of other media such as drawing, sculpture or photography. The gallery’s rooms, spread over two historic buildings in the old town of Basel, offer an accentuated contrast and beautiful surroundings for the 20th and 21st century’s art. Accompanying the exhibitions, which change every 6 to 8 weeks, we publish catalogues and monographs.
