On May 28th 2011 at Assisi Italy, the city of San Francis, Dana Klein was honored with the titles of DAME of MALTA of the thousand years old order of THE KNIGHTS OF MALTA and GUARDIAN of PEACE adhering at CCC International Confederation of The Knights of the Cross.

A Mission Statement from the Artist

"Build or create something while you are here, in this God's world. When your time to go will arrive, you will be able to tell yourself "I did my part"  and maybe you will be at peace with yourself. Give to others whatever you are able to: if you got no$, give a good word and a smile. You will brighten someones day if only for a moment.  If you got  some, go buy a piece of bread. Unfortunately, someone will wait for you at the next corner and will be happy to have it. If God blessed you with wealth, go ahead and try to save the world. Remember that in the end you will not be able to carry it along wherever you may go"

In 2006, Dana Klein was nominated DAMA DEL SACRO ORDINE SOCIETAS JESU CHRISTI. This honer  was granted as a result of a series of spiritual works ment to bring a deeper understanding about the Jewish heritage of Christ.  SOCIETAS JESU CHRISTI was created with a Bolla Pontifical released by pope PIO II in January 1459.

Dana Klein is a professional artist. She lives between New York City and Ripe San Ginesio Italy, where she has her studio since 2001.
