Don’t be nervous when you see behind the scenes of something. The gears and moving parts and tiny tinkerings all move so quickly and with the appearance of pure purpose. They are intimidatingly cohesive, the living breathing definition of synergy. Don’t worry when you peek inside and see it, but also don’t disturb it please. The blood and guts of any working thing is easily thrown into a discord at the slightest provocation. Don’t push or poke or prod. Don’t yell or move things aside to get a better look. Just stare and appreciate the wonder of something built by planning and careful hands. And, if you really feel the need, you can lean down and kiss it… just not to firmly please.
