“When you reach the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on.”
- Abraham Lincoln
In a state of desperation I don’t know what else to do. My movements are uncoordinated, my thoughts even less so. At this point I’ll take anything, do anything to relieve myself and remind myself that indeed I am still me, whilst my mind hurriedly searches for a solution to my problem. I could try consulting some friends or family members, but something tells me they won’t be able to help me out this time. As I mature more in life I realize that I can’t just count on other people to have the solutions to all my problems in life but I must learn to get myself out of trouble.
I’ve reached the end of my rope, I’ve tied a knot and I’m hanging on, but something tells me I’m doing it wrong…
