My work since 1984 has been influenced by the trompe-l’oeil technique and illusionism. The paintings appear in many formats and dimensions and incorporate sundry techniques including acrylic, oil, pastel,watercolour, gouache, ink and pencil drawing. Additionally I teach courses in various painting techniques, including trompe-l’oeil.
Some of my works are in the collections of several Brazilian states. Works outside Brazil can be found in Germany (Berlin, Essen, Karlsuhe), Spain (Lanzarote, Canary Islands), Belgium (Leuven), France (Paris), Switzerland and the USA (Rhode Island),. Some of my works which are for sale are displayed at the Galerie Augustin in Vienna. Others may be seen in print in the second edition of the “Festival of Trompe-l’oeil” which was held in the city of Lodi, Italy.
