Painting "Elena" was a request from herself as she wanted to be the model in one of my works. I was fascinated by her sweetness and amazing personality I was fully captivated by her from the very first moment.
I wanted to paint Elena doing an everyday task, bringing water from a near fountain and then sitting and relax.
The result is a very romantic work, I was not looking for a romantic work but Elena influenced and did the painting hers and I was pleasantly surprised with the final result.
Elena is resting under a soft sun that does not heat ... only bright in an intense way.
