Cherry and Martin exhibits innovative, experimental, and ambitious works in all media. In addition to its regular exhibition schedule, the gallery participates in art fairs in both the United States and abroad. Cherry and Martin represents Ericka Beckman, Jennifer Boysen, Brian Bress, Matt Connors, Holly Coulis, Mari Eastman, Nathan Mabry, T. Kelly Mason, Florian Morlat, Pat O'Neill and Bernard Piffaretti, as well as the estates of Robert Heinecken (1932-2006), Robert Overby (1935-1993) and Alan Shields (1944-2005). Recent shows include, "Supports/Surfaces is Alive and Well," a conversation between works by Jennifer Boysen, Noam Rappaport and pieces associated with the French painting movement, "Supports/Surfaces," as well as, "Photography into Sculpture/The Expanded Photographic Object," an exhibition exploring curator Peter Bunnell's landmark 1970 show, "Photography into Sculpture." Cherry and Martin's presentation of selected works from "Photography into Sculpture" won the International Art Critics Association award for Best Show in a Commercial Gallery Nationally for 2011.
